Use this table Step by Step

It's easy to design a custom cabinet. Just follow the steps below. This will get you started answering the most common questions that need to be answered, then give us a call to complete the design,
 and Price the cabinet!

Here is an example part number of a cabinet:

ex.    SWC-1350



Step #1:     Select a cabinet size - (foot print)



NW -     16 7/8" wide x 28 1/2" deep
               (work bench pedestals)
MP  -     22 3/16" wide x 28 1/2" deep
               (work benches pedestals or stand alone)
SWC  -  28 1/4" wide x 28 1/2" deep
              (This is it, the age old cabinet- most common)
MWC -  47" wide x 28 1/2" deep
               (extra wide cabinet)
DWC  -  56 1/2" wide x 28 1/2" deep
               (this is the biggest one-2 in 1)
STC      -  28 1/4" wide x 22 1/2" deep
               (shallow depth, standard width)
HSC      -  40 1/4" wide x 22 1/2" deep
                (our favorite - shallow depth, extra width
   



Step #2:    Select a lock

* each cabinet comes with 2 keys

None (N) - no lock
Individual  (I)  - keyed for that cabinet only.
Keyed Alike (KA) - all cabinets have identical  
                                locks in the keyed alike group
Master Keyed (MA) - each cabinet has a different lock with 2 keys. Each cabinet in the master keyed lock group must have a master keyed lock specified. A master key for that opens all locks for the group must be ordered separately.
   



Step #3:
    Select a Cabinet Height

This is the height of the cabinet alone,
without a base.

The height is expressed as a number as follows:
Note:  (the NW goes up to the 1225 as a standard)

Step #4:
   Select a base


Fork Truck Base - FTB
adds 2 3/8" to cabinet height
Pallet Truck Base - PTB
Adds 3 15/16" to cabinet height
Mobile Base - on casters
bases vary from
 6 1/4" height - 4"x2" casters
8" height - 6"x2" casters
*just tell us you want a mobile base
   



Step #5:    Select a top   (if desired)

This is for those that want a top for
a cabinet. If you don't need a top
skip this step.

Step #6:     Select  Drawers

Drawers can be used in any sequence
or combination you wish. 

Importaint:  Select from the drawers listed to match the housing you selected.

Remember the drawers numbers must add up to the size of the housing you selected to insure proper fit.
(Don't worry we'll double check this with you)
Example:  Model 900 height housing

(3) drawers @ 100F     = 300
(3) drawers @  200F    =  600
                 6 drawers     =  900

75F 2 1/8" 2"
100F 3 1/8" 3"
125F 4 1/16" 3"
150F 5 1/16" 5"
175F 6 1/16" 5"
200F 7 1/32" 7"
225F 8" 7"
250F 9" 8 15/16"

Step #7:    Select Drawer partitions for 
each drawer.

Step #8:    Select a Color


10 colors to choose from:
